Aloo ki Bhaji , Aloo ki sabzi recipe , aloo bhujya recipe

Ingredients:

 
 4 large potatoes
 1 cup oil
  Half tea spoon zeera ( cumin seeds)
 Pinch off turmeric powder
 1 table spoon red chili powder
 1 table spoon salt
 1 tea spoon chat masala 
 2 large tomatoes chopped
 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste

How to cook?


First heat oil in a pan,put cumin in it. 
 When the cumin seeds are fried, after that add the tomatoes. After adding the tomatoes, cook it well so that the tomatoes get rotten.When the tomatoes are cooked, add ginger garlic paste and all the other spices and fry it well.When all the spices are done, then add the aloo.And then leave it to cook on low for 20 minutes.When the aloo melts, garnish it with coriander and eat it with rice, your aloo is ready.
