Chicken weight pulao recipe


 Ingredients:

 Chicken half kg 
 Rice 1 kg
 Curd 1 cup
 Oil 1 cup
 2 chopped onions 
 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste 
 2 table spoon dhanya powder 
 Salt according to your taste 
 3 cinnamon rolls 
 Black paper 
 2 Black Cardamom 
 2 bay leaf
 1 table spoon cumin seeds 

Method:

1. Take a pan add oil heat it then add hot spices then add onions fry until it comes brown.
 2. When onions turn brown add ginger garlic paste.
3. Then add spices and curd.
 4. Mix all the material well.
 5. Then add chicken cook it with spices.
 6. And the last add rice mixed it add 4 glass of water.
7. Turn flame higher when water slightly dry cover it for 20 minutes in low flame. 
8. After 20 minutes wight pulao is ready to eat surve with raita and enjoy ..
