Gajar ka halwa quick and easy Pakistani style
Ingredients:
1kg carrots
3 cup milk
1 cup dry fruits
3 table spoon Desi ghee
1 cup Khoya ( mawa)
3 ilaichi powder
Sugar according to your taste
Preparation: how to cook?
First shredded the carrots.
Second put shredded carrots in pan and on the flame higher and cook until carrots water dry.
Third add milk and again cook until dry.
When it becomes dry add sugar.
And again cook.
Then add Khoya , ilaichi and dry fruits on it.. eat it and enjoy
