Aloo gosht curry recipe

Ingredients:
Half kg of meat
2 large chopped onions
2 potatoes
3 large tomatoes
Salt according to your taste
2 table spoon red chili powder
2 table spoon ginger garlic paste
2 table spoon dhanya power
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1/2 table spoon garam masala powder
1 table spoon Chaat masala powder
1 cup oil
1 tea spoon green chili paste
Method how to cook?
•First, heat oil in a pot and put cumin seeds in it let fry it .
•When the cumin seeds turn slightly brown, add chopped onions and brown them too.
•When the onion turns light brown, take out the onion and grind it.
•When the onion is grinded, put the onion in the same oil and then grind the tomato well and mix it with it.
• then add all the spices to this paste and cook it well.
•When this spice is cooked well, the oil starts to rise, then add the meat in it.
•And put two glasses of water in it and cover it and put it on a medium low flame for 1 hour.
•After an hour, you will see that your meat will be cooked and when the meat is cooked, put potatoes in it and leave it for half an hour to cook the potatoes.
•After half an hour, when the potato is cooked, then put the curry on a low flame so that the oil that is there rises to the top.
• then garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy with wight rice or tandoor ki roti.
Tips:
-If you want the meat to be cooked quickly, boil the meat first.
-If you grind onion and tomato before making curry, it will be easier for you to cook.
-If the meat is fresh, it will not take much time to cook. Your meat will be ready in just one hour, so it is better to always take the meat fresh and if you take it fresh, then boil it and de-freeze it. Do it so that whenever you cook, you are easy to cook.
