Ingredients:
Bitter gourd
Sliced 1 onion
1 chopped tomatoes
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon cumin seeds
Pinch off turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chili powder
Salt according to your taste
Tips:
Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and put turmeric and salt in it and keep it for half an hour so that the bitter comes out.
Instructions:
First Wash the bitter gourd well .
Then add oil in a pan and fry bitter gourd until it turns light brown.
When it turns light brown, take it out in a bowl.
