Palak gosht recipe ( spinach and meat recipe)
Authentic lamb saag recipe famous as palak gosht will give you the restaurant style flavor at home.
Ingredients:
Gosht half kg
Palak half kg
Salt
Red chili powder
Dhanya power
Turmeric powder
Cumin seeds
Garam masala powder
2 large chopped onions
2 large chopped tomatoes
Oil
Green chili 🌶️
Method to make it:
First, heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Fry it for a while. When it turns golden, remove the meat.
Then after that add hot cumin spices in the same oil and fry it a little and after frying add onions, tomatoes and all the spices in it and fry it well.
When the spices are roasted well, add the meat and spinach, add a little water and leave it to cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
When the meat is cooked well, then spoon it into the dekchi and serve with roti and enjoy.
