Serving:
This ingredients for 4 peoples serving.
Ingredients:
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
2 large potatoes
1 tea spoon zeera (cumin seeds)
Some khary masaly
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon red chili powder
1 table spoon dhanya power
Pinch off turmeric powder
Half tea spoon garam masala
Half cup oil
Salt according to your taste
Rice 2 cups full
Method:
•Fheat oil in a pot and after heating add cumin seeds and all the khary masaly.
•Saute the spices a little and add the chopped onion let it brown.
•When the onion turns brown, add tomato, ginger, garlic and all the spices and cook it well.
•When the masala is cooked well, put the aloo in it and add half a glass of water and cover it in low flame for 20 minutes.
•When the aloo melts, put the rice in it.
• If there are two cups of rice, you have to add two glasses of water and leave it to cook.
•When the water in the rice is reduced, stir it a little with a spoon and place it on top of the tawa to cover it completely in low flame for 10 minutes.
•After 10 minutes the rice will be cooked and stir it well with a spoon so that the rice does not break and enjoy it with raita.
Tips:
°Let the rice soak for half an hour before cooking to make the rice better.
°If two glasses of water is too much for rice, you can add water according to your own calculation.
°Brown the onions just a little, don't brown them so much that they turn black, otherwise your rice will turn black.
°In this dish, I have only put aloo, if you want to add anything else, you can add vegetables ,chicken etc.
